Section 1
General Terms & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to all members using the 33kb platform, including the website and mobile application. 33kb is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform.

• Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or bank account is strictly prohibited.
• 33kb may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification documents at any time — including a National ID, passport, or driving licence.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify 33kb Support immediately. 33kb will never ask for your password or OTP via email or message.

• Withdrawals will be processed only to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

3. Money laundering or any illegal financial transactions
4. Depositing or withdrawing using another person's payment account
5. Attempting to manipulate the gaming system using software or bots
6. Registering an account with false information
7. Betting on Behalf of a Minor

33kb places the highest priority on the mental and financial well-being of its members. The following responsible gaming tools are available free of charge on 33kb:

Account Closure & Suspension

Members may also request account closure at any time through 33kb Support. Any valid balance will be refunded — however, bonus balances will be forfeited.
